先在你的場地試行，再作決定Try it on your premises before you decide

概念驗證規模小、有明確量度指標，並在貴機構場地進行。你會先看到系統處理你自己文件的成果，才決定下一步。

A proof-of-concept is small, measured and run on your premises. You see results on your own documents before committing to anything.

  1. 1確定樣本及指標Agree the sample選定一項流程的去識別化文件，並訂下你重視的量度指標。Anonymised documents from one process, plus the measures that matter to you.
  2. 2在場地安裝Install on site在貴機構網絡內設置一部伺服器，按你的核對清單或範本設定。One server inside your network, set up for your checklist or templates.
  3. 3與現有流程並行Run alongside staff職員以真實個案試用，現有流程維持不變。Officers use it on real cases while the current process continues.
  4. 4提交書面報告Report the results報告準確度、每宗個案節省的時間及發現的問題，報告由貴機構保留。Accuracy, time saved per case and issues found, in a written report you keep.

香港軟件開發公司A Hong Kong software studio

暴風實驗室開發並營運自家產品。項目由技術主管 Anthony Siu 帶領，他擁有 9GAG、SHOPLINE 及 Jojo Ventures 的產品開發經驗；團隊按項目規模組成。

Stormy Labs builds and runs its own products. Projects are led by Anthony Siu, a tech lead with product-engineering experience at 9GAG, SHOPLINE and Jojo Ventures, and delivered by a team sized to each project.
